1月28日晚的青年才艺大汇演《青春活力迎牛年》特设了一个公众表演时段，让有才艺的公众也能上台一展才华。有兴趣参与表演的公众可登录及上载表演的视频片段。由资深媒体人文树森、著名歌手-表演者-创意总监陈洁仪及著名舞台艺人田伟鸿所组成的裁审团将会从中遴选当晚上台表演的项目。

 Here is your chance to perform at River Hongbao
 A segment on 28 Jan evening is open to the public. Interested parties can upload their vodcasts by 15 Jan midnight and shortlisted items will be notified on 20 Jan. The judging panel is made up of media veteran Man Shu Sum, singer-performer-creative director Kit Chan and theatre personality George Chan. Items should reflect the joyous and celebratory nature of River Hongbao, require minimal stage set-up and not longer than 5 min.
